Updating the certificate

Download and extract the tool below on the desktop

Run eRx configurator as administrator

Click on Install certificate from file

Find the certificate you exported earlier

Enter the password you set.
Don't know it? It should be -

Click on Update certificate on eRx Gateway checkbox

Wait for completion

Updating the certificate may take some time, either being successful or unsuccessful it is not an immediate update. Errors should appear rather early in the update if any.

If the tool fails, please reach out to BP to inform them about the unsuccessful attempt to update the certificate. They will access the server to collect relevant information regarding the certificate, the users, and any other factors and will then follow up with you.
