Reassign ConnectWise RMM Agent

Below will run you through how reassign the RMM agent from one Company/Site to another (in the event it has been moved, or incorrectly assigned)

Go to ConnectWise Dashboard > Endpoints > Devices

Select the computer and click Manage > Assign to another site

Assign the device to both the correct Company & Site

Once confirmed click Move Device(s)

Click Confirm on the new pop up

WARNING

The action to assign devices to another site could take up to 5 minutes to reflect the devices under the new site. However, reconfiguration of all the settings on the device could take around 30-45 minutes post movement. We recommend not to retry moving the device during this period. To continue forward with assigning 1 device(s) to a new site, please click on Confirm.
