Tyro not connected with Orchid SP2


If the reception is unable to find or select the Tyro option when processing a payment in person or over the phone, it might be because the configuration for Tyro payments has not been enabled. Please ensure that the payment settings are properly configured to activate Tyro.

On main Best Practice click Setup

Click Configuration

Hotkey is CRTL+F3

Locate Payments on the sidebar
