BP HL Forms Service not starting

EARLY PORT

Likelihood of occurrence: RARE
Cause of error: Likely to be caused by a Healthlink process stuck in the background
Fix for issue:

Create a "BP Scripts" folder on the desktop (if one doesn't already exist) and keep the below script in there.


Download - Display and remove Active HEALTHLINKSESSION and re-run the service.

NOTE

In the event it is running but clients still can’t reach through Port 8080 We can setup a reservation for HL through an Elevated CMD using cmd:

cmd
netsh http add urlacl url=http://+:8080/healthlink/ user=3000-srv-bp-01\administrator

In this demonstration we are using North Eltham so your Domain will be different dependent on server.


Also please setup an inbound rule for port 8080 if this has not been done already.
