Cause of error: Best Practice running with administrator mode

Fix for issue:

FIX

Remove the run as admin feature from the shortcut on the desktop, and it should be rectified. Please note - This may cause unwanted errors at a later date so be mindful of this.
Note - After doing this you may still not have the option appear. Confirm that the shortcut still isn't running as an administrator. Alternatively, go to Best Practice's file location, untick and remove the administrator mode there and send to desktop a shortcut / re-add to taskbar.
