Cause of error: ConnectWise Application not completely uninstalled

Fix for issue:

FIX

run the following command in an administrator cmd window

msiexec /x "{18f39771-f9d8-4cfd-9654-f6c67c8ad9f4}"

This will bring up an uninstallation prompt window, follow the steps to completely clean up the program.
