Set up Additional Resource Allocation (Nurse + Doctor)

Go to AutoMed's Dashboard > Doctors

Click on the pencil icon next to the Doctor the clinic would like to utilise

Practices may set up a "Flu Vaccine" doctor and allocate this as the doctor to be booked. This is also okay.

Link the Medibank Flu Vaccine appointment type

Scroll down and submit

Once back on the Doctor's page, click on Publish Changes to reflect this online

Go to Appointment Types on AutoMed's Dashboard

Locate the Medibank Flu vaccine and click on the pencil to edit

Find Additional Resource Allocation and expand this option

Copy the settings below to allow the Doctor & Nurse to both be booked together

At the bottom of the page click the Submit button
