Error updating MyMedicare Status

Follow the guide below to obtain your organisation ID and place this into your Best Practice "Practice Details" area.

Some clinics may encounter the above error, preventing them from uploading certain patients' MyMedicare status. This issue primarily arises from failing to input the Organisation ID into Best Practice under "Practice Details."

Below is a guide you can follow to help navigate end-users with obtaining their MyMedicare Site ID.

Head to Proda

Select your organisation

DANGER

DO NOT SELECT "NO ORGANISATION"

Click on My Programs

Click on MyMedicare

Locate your organisation Site ID in the top left

On the main Best Practice screen go to Setup > Practice Details

Click on the Edit button

Fill in the Mymedicare Site ID with the ID you copied earlier

Click Save to finalise the changes

After completing the above guide, they should now be able to import their .csv file back into Cubiko and it resulting in a Success when uploading.
