Bulk Docs Import not connecting to Server

The issue lays with Full control not being given to Users within the Registry.

BP prompting for itadmin details (running admin)

OPTION 1

Disable "Run as Administrator" on the desktop shortcut.


OPTION 2

Navigate to the .exe's folder path

C:\Program Files\Best Practice Software\BPS

and confirm under the Comaptability section of the .exe that it's not set to Run this program as an administrator. Re-create the shortcut if needed.


OPTION 3

Delete the shortcut on the desktop and taskbar pin (if any), and navigate to

C:\Program Files\Best Practice Software\BPS

Right-click > Show more options > Send to Desktop and re-create the shortcut and pin that to the taskbar.

Nurses program don't load / work / run

Some nurses software runs from the root directory of C:\
(Software varies clinic to clinic, so it's impossible to preemptively whitelist this)

Follow to allow that file path.

Programs running with elevated access (UAC being forced)

Some programs may force to always run with administrator access (elevated access)

To bypass this, move the executable outside of the Downloads folder as this is restricted for all users (including admins) and then hold Shift + Right-Click and select Run as a different user and sign in using the itadmin credentials.
