Creating the custom billing in Best Practice

Go to Setup > Practice Fees from the main Best Practice screen

Click on Add custom item

Change the item description to VAC021 // MEDIBANK LIVE BETTER FLU VACCINE

Select Practice Fee then select Set Fee

Some clinics may have swapped "Practice Fee" for "Private fee"

Set the fee to 20 and then click OK

Tick Add GST to this item when adding to account and then click Save
