How to - Set up an eINK Device for a clinic

EARLY PORT

Every centre will have at least one E-ink module with a QR code that displays a date and location-specific QR code, which is refreshed daily between 12am and 3am. When a patient approaches the reception, they scan the QR code that is displayed on the e-ink device with their mobile phone. They click the URL which opens up a web page. The patient is then prompted for their mobile number and the appointment time.

Every new E-ink module will need to be flashed with a custom firmware before it is mounted at the clinic.

WARNING

The firmware is available from IT's SFTP server: host: itshare.myhealth.net.au user: itadmin password: Keeweb
