Success Message

Patients can check in within the 60-minute timeframe preceding their scheduled appointment time. If a matching appointment is found, a message is return to inform the patient to take a seat and wait to be called when the doctor is ready.

Failure Message

If for some reason they are unable to check in, they will be informed to sort it out with reception.

Update Details message

If a patient has an appointment but their details require updating, they will be directed to receptionist to sort it out.
This includes:

WARNING

  • Address
  • Email
  • No Next of Kin (NOK)
  • No Emergency contact
  • Medicare card expiry
  • HCC / PCC expiry
  • Health Insurance fund expiry

Incorrect Details message

If the patient entered incorrect details, they will be required to try again or see the receptionist.

Too many attempts message

If the patient attempts more than 3 times, they will be required to see the receptionist.
