DANGER

Do not use PCL Drivers - They bad. Most of the time they do not work and cause issues with tray allocations. It is highly recommended to use Post Script Drivers. In the case of HP - use universal print drivers NOT full software solutions.

Things to Ensure

I. Be careful when assigning manual paper verses tray 1 in BP. On these printers they mean the same physical tray. BUT if you put manual paper the doctor will have to click OK everytime. ALWAYS PICK TRAY 1

II. Be sure to assign the correct IP for the printer. If Room 1 ensure .101 (e.g 192.168.1.0/24 subnet - the IP will be 192.168.1.101 for Room)
