Stock Ordering Guide ​

EARLY PORT

Servers ​

  • Ask Local Partner and Area Manager if the clinic can afford a new server (rough cost is about 11.5-13.5k depending on supplier and stock availability)
  • You may not get approval, escalate the problem to IT team lead anyway - there might be a way to override their request but would need CTO and Team Lead to take over
  • Marty will likely be the supplier to order the physical server to be delivered to the site - let the site know when its ordered and when it will be submitted.

IMPORTANT

ASK MARTY TO SUBMIT AN INVOICE ASAP (he tends to forget - so don't let him)

PCs ​

  • Cost is $1100 ex gst for a fully deployed NUC (memory, storage and windows licence included). Myhealth IT usually has batches of NUCs available.
  • If sourcing a new NUC from a different supplier other than IT or Marty - try and get for the same / similar cost as above.
  • Once a batch of NUCs is fully deployed - we get Marty to invoice each centre (can be months after deployment)

ALWAYS GET WINDOWS LICENSES

Printers ​

Order from Ian ()

  • Lexmark printers are $1122 (additional trays are $286 each) - so if you order for a normal (2 bins at the bottom and Bypass) it would be $1408 but if three bins at the bottom it would be $1694.
    Prices above all include GST

  • Okis are $1243

  • All invoices will come through Mart

if you need to order an MFP - please speak to IT Team Lead

Order through whoever supplies the phones

  • Pear ()
  • Switch ()

Small Peripherals ​

This includes, but not limited to:

  • Monitors
  • Keyboards
  • Mouses
  • WebCams
  • Cables

Create a ticket and assign to either:

  • Tristan
  • Kayne
  • Jayden
  • Neil and tag the ticket as a purchase order
