Fix for issue:

Continue the installation by clicking "Ignore" it will continue to write all other files besides the .exe required. Within the installation folder is the .exe required, copy this and go back and rename the newly created AutoMed folder (C:\Program Files (x86)\AutoMed Systems\AutoMed Caller ID) to "AutoMed Caller IDs" and paste the .exe in that folder, then rename the folder back to "AutoMed Caller ID" and confirm by running the application.

This should immedatiely fix the issue.
