Doctors Results redirect to another doctor

This usually happens when there are Aliases in BP - this can be by choice or by mistake

Be careful - We are not medical individuals - you should ABSOLUTELY NOT DO THIS and get the site to make any changes here.

Redirecting Permanent Aliases (Document TL;DR):

  1. In Incoming Reports (screenshot above), navigate to View > Aliases.

  2. Verify practitioner names under the Addressee name column are correctly linked to the new practitioner in the Allocated to user column.

  3. To update incorrectly linked aliases:

    • Select the entry and click Change.

    • Update the Allocated to user to the correct practitioner.

    • DANGER

      You can also delete incorrect aliases here but ONLY advise the site - do not do it through any IT login on BP.

    • Click Save.
