Doctors Results redirect to another doctor
This usually happens when there are Aliases in BP - this can be by choice or by mistake

Be careful - We are not medical individuals - you should ABSOLUTELY NOT DO THIS and get the site to make any changes here.
Redirecting Permanent Aliases (Document TL;DR):
In Incoming Reports (screenshot above), navigate to View > Aliases.
Verify practitioner names under the Addressee name column are correctly linked to the new practitioner in the Allocated to user column.
To update incorrectly linked aliases:
Select the entry and click Change.
Update the Allocated to user to the correct practitioner.
DANGER
You can also delete incorrect aliases here but ONLY advise the site - do not do it through any IT login on BP.
Click Save.
