Disable Post-Visit Survey for a single user

Myhealth IT will occasionally get requests from sites to be turn off post-visit surveys for a specific user and not the whole site This will occur when centres are using appointment books to track Reception work or when we get a particular doctor who is not interested in reviews. This has to be done on the kiosk setting of automed.

Go to Doctors page and record the ID assicated with the doctor e.g. - 461 for Alan

click on SHOW FILE DATA

Inject the below line into file - ideally above the survey

SurveyExcludeDoctors="replace with doctor ID from step 1 without "" "

click on Update File Data, Update Software in the kiosk page and restart the automed service on the server
